Acutest are seeking candidates from a technical background to support the technical arm of our online services.
Your role will include applying security policies (users, access controls, network) business continuity provision (backup, restore, failover), server support (issue resolution, monitoring) and supplier management (of cloud services suppliers). Experience working on Windows OS will be required.
This role will include the management of our test reporting service to our clients, where you will be responsible for the daily production and checking of technical reports, including test team liaison, as well as identifying and flagging with test management any notable events revealed in the reports. For this you will need good excel VBA skills and excellent excel worksheet development and maintenance skills. Some experience of technical administration test tools will be a bonus.
You will also be responsible for our reporting toolset development and maintenance including workbook/macro development in response to change requests; workstack management and Drupal website maintenance and small scale development.
This role will incorporate a mixture of office and home working, and flexible hours will be required.
