Test manager
As one of the UKs leading testing consultancies, Acutest are actively recruiting experienced test managers who have successfully led the testing activities on large projects and / or programmes. The role will require you to provide direction & leadership and support the clients and users with expert advice and guidance on testing matters.You will have an excellent grounding in testing in a wide variety of business & technical environments and you must be able to demonstrate tesilience and the ability to manage under pressure.You will have outstanding motivational and task management skills as well as excellent communication skills. Ideally, you will have operated in the senior levels of large projects and have strong listening and influencing skills. You will also have come from a Consultative background, or at the very least have experience in vendor management (managing third party suppliers).
On an individual level you will balance drive and understanding of risk with strong accountability and a willingness to shoulder responsibility. Innovation and clarity are important; delivery is paramount. Team working, supportive work environments and constantly driving to improve the service you provide will need to be important to you.
